How much time does it take to complete a custom order?

Our processing times can vary depending on your order. 

Please contact us and let us know your inquiry and we will send you a quote and time will take to make it. 

What happens if I need my order before that time?

If it's a rush order, please contact us at sales@yiyagami.com and we can discuss what is possible with a rush order fee.

Do you ship to all United States?

Yes, we ship to all USA. Your bouquet is carefully packaged and protected. You will receive a notification with tracking info once your item ships. Orders are shipped USPS priority mail. At present, shipping time is 1- 4 days after initial order fulfillment period. Delivery time is not guaranteed. Additional shipping fees can be calculated and quoted for USPS Express service for guaranteed delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we also ship internationally with an exception of some countries. For more information, please contact us before place your order.

How can I make a return or cancellation?

We do not accept cancellations. Please read our privacy policy for returns and cancellations.
